The concept of AC Chiropractic is “Heal your own body”.
“AC” is a short for “Active Care,” which means participatory therapy by patients and for patients.
Throughout the past 8 years of my clinical experience, I have been taught by my patients that this very idea of Active Care is the most important and effective health management method.
By nature, human should be able to heal own body by moving, eating and sleeping properly. However, this is not so easy especially if the your recuperative power of body and mind has been suppressed by daily “stress”.
We are the “experts” of removing the stress such as pain and discomfort from human body. Through our chiropractic treatment, we would like our patients to regain their natural healing power. And after gaining back own strength , we would like our patients to enjoy sports and hobbies throughout their lifetime.
